Job duties:

  • Administer and maintain digital infrastructure, computer networks, and operational systems to support pharmacy and healthcare services.

  • Manage website hosting and digital channels to ensure system security and network integration.

  • Maintain internal databases and barcode-verified inventory systems to ensure data accuracy and supply chain performance.

  • Analyze network and system reports to recommend technology-driven workflow improvements.

  • Diagnose network issues and provide technical hardware and software support to internal staff.

  • Perform routine system backups, deploy software updates, and maintain technical operational documentation.

Job requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or a closely related field.

  • 6 months of experience in a related field.

  • Travel is not required.
